Established in May 1952, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) comprises enterprises and organizations and representative personages the economic and trade sectors in China. With the approval of the Chinese government, CCPIT established China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) in 1988.

　　China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Foshan Committee (CCPIT Foshan), founded in Augest 1986, and a branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), is a nongovernmental foreign trade and economy organization consisting of enterprises, organizations and representative personages in the field of economy and trade in Foshan.

　　Our aims are to promote foreign trade, to promote the use foreign investment, to introduce advanced foreign technologies, to conduct activities of Sino-foreign economic and technological cooperation in various forms, and to promote the mutual understanding and friendship between Chiese people and people around the world especially in economic and trade circles.
